We have two ways of sharing a room: the attendee can share a room with someone that he/she knows by indicating the name on the hotel form and in the registration page or the participant can ask to share a room with a random participant. The hotel will make associations between participants based on the selection. This will reduce costs for the rooms for attendees. Limited reserved rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis. The EFS16 organizers are not responsible for the booking and accommodation provided. |
